Maria Valtorta (Itália, ano 1897-1961) - Obra: "O Evangelho como me foi revelado" (1944-1950)

[Jesus says to the apostles:] Let us go to Modin. The night is serene, cool and clear. We shall walk as long as it is moonlight, then we shall sleep until dawn. I will take the two Judases [Judas Thaddeus and Judas Iscariot] to venerate the tombs [in: 1 Maccabees 2:70; 9:19; 13:23-30] of the Maccabees, whose glorious name they bear.»
[Judas Iscariot says:] «Only the two of us with You!» exclaims the Iscariot happily.
[Jesus says:] «No. With everybody. But the visit to the tomb of the Maccabees is for you. That you may imitate them in a supernatural way, fighting and winning in a completely spiritual field.»
